Frank Chicas, guide & entrepeneur

Frank Chicas is a great guide. We couldn't have enjoyed Costa Rica without him -- literally. There are no street names or addresses anywhere in the country. There is no stress-free way to get around without help, and Frank is the best: personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and unflappable. He's got lots of ideas, but is not pushy. And he has an unerring instinct for when to take the reins and when to sit back. Again: the best.
